I like to do things a little differently around here...
I truly value client connection and capturing images that tell the story of you. This looks like snuggling up in the restaurant you met at, walking down the beach where your fondest family memories were made, and capturing the emotional expressions as you tell your love story to me.
I like to spend a few hours (depending on how everything is going) capturing those perfect details that I know are important to you because of our prior conversations. SO, this means at this time I only offer two package options because I feel like less than 30 minutes is too short to tell a proper story. I think it's important to note that I truly am not here to make a quick buck with easy click and release photos; my end goal is to get to know you and hopefully plan our image strategy around that!
Occasionally I will offer mini sessions but those are for specific occasions and not my main focus.

FAQ
Turn Around Time?
You can expect your unedited proofing gallery within the 1st week of our session and your final edited gallery within 3 weeks of our session. I hand edit every single photo in multiple programs--this means that my turn around time may be slightly longer than what you may be expecting but also that I take the time to make sure each photo stands up to my creative expectations.
What Should I wear?
I am a fan of following seasonal colors when we can; warm and cozy colors for fall/winter or fresh and pastel colors for spring/summer. When in doubt neutrals are always a gorgeous choice and texture is ALWAYS a good idea--never underestimate the power of knit and wool! I do send a Pinterest board for inspiration along with a very detailed PDF guide I created to help you make some choices. Of course I will also be available and helping along the way!
Do You Provide Raw Images?
The photos I provide and my editing style are my art; it represents my brand and who I am. I cannot provide raws.

I'm all about simplicity! Please feel free to fill out the form on the contact page and I will do my best to hammer out a time/day that works for both parties. Please note my office hours listed to the right in case it's a wonky time. ;)
Do I have to order prints through you?
Of course not! I will provide you with image rights so you can print them anywhere. However, there's something to be said about quality and the company I am affiliated with has one of the top printing facilities. If you're ordering large prints I highly recommend a quality printer or you'll notice a dip in how your photos turn out. Color changes are common for low quality printing companies; if ordered through me I like to do quality checks before the final product gets to you to make sure it's everything you hoped for!
Do You Travel?
I'm all about traveling! But, I still have to pay the sitter and endless bills so travel is limited to 15 miles surrounding the Kalispell area otherwise I do charge a small mileage fee.
I'm Worried About The Weather!
I know, I know. Overcast, non sunny days seem like a bummer but let me tell you something... some of the best photos EVER are taken on overcast or foggy days. Rain or shine I'll still shoot a session however, rest assured, I'll contact you if the weather is taking a turn for the worst. If your dream is to have the golden glow look or a sunny background, I'll do my best to accommodate.
Help! I'm Running Late!
No problem! It happens -- life, right?. However, I cannot extend the session time because my time is precious and so is yours.
Office Hours
I try hard to balance work and family life so here's the current hours:
Monday through Friday from 9am - 11am & 2pm-4pm (#momlifehours)
Do you shoot weddings?
At this time I do shoot micro weddings and elopements (50 people or less). As you've probably already guessed, I prefer the story telling and intimate moments so a grand scale wedding is not something I offer currently. However, I'd totally be down for being a portrait photographer for your guest list as I think that would be such a fun wedding favor. Please feel free to contact me for micro wedding info! Average cost for a micro wedding is around $1,500, unless requesting a second shooter, and I only accept 6ish weddings per year. I want to be 100% available to you on your special day!
